In 1987, on a perfect Summer’s day at the lake, two small-town teenagers are deciding what the future holds for their relationship in the coming year. Stuck with a broken-down car on an isolated country road, they are stalked and attacked by a serial killer. Their pleasant day at the lake becomes a night of terror as the creep hunts them on their journey through the darkness. But not everything is as it seems, and the audience's assumptions are tested in a climactic twist.

John Fucile is an award-winning filmmaker and director. He began directing music videos while still in university, winning Hard Rock Video of the Year at the 1995 MMVAs. After graduating from The New School in NYC, he relocated to Nashville, continuing to produce and direct music videos for such country artists as Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Young Buck, Steven Adler, Joy Williams, and The Cooper Brothers. Fucile is a former Assistant Professor and Director of the BFA in Digital Filmmaking program at Villa Maria College in Buffalo and is currently the Director of Park Productions and The Studio at The Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.
Simon Fraser is a writer, director, and producer whose work has spanned theatre, radio, television, film, and the Internet. From 2010 to 2013, he was a wrote and directed the dual web series “Sexy Nerd Girl” and “Versus Valerie”. Both were critically acclaimed, receiving 16 nominations from the Indie Screen Awards, Canadian Screen Awards, and Canadian Comedy Awards, and winning Best Direction at the ISAs and CCAs. Fraser has been involved in digital content distribution since 1998. He is currently the label manager for an international electronic music record label.
Daniel Heffner has worked in the US film industry since 1980, on such films as the Academy Award winning "An Officer and a Gentleman" and the critically acclaimed "The Big Chill". His Executive career began in 1985 at the newly restructured film division of the Walt Disney Studios. In 1988, he was promoted to VP of Production at Buena Vista Pictures Distribution, a division of Disney. In 1991. Heffner became an Independent Producer, serving as Executive Producer on the $1 billion-grossing "SAW" franchise. He currently serves as Executive Producer on Netflix' “End of the Road”, “Trigger Warning”, and “Rebel Ridge”.
Luc Montpellier is an award-winning cinematographer who has worked with a who's who of Canadian directors, most recently shooting Oscar winner Sarah Polley's "Women Talking", starring Rooney Mara, Claire Foy, and Frances McDormand. He previously shot Polley's films "Away From Her" and "Take This Waltz". Montpellier won a CSC Award for Best Cinematography for Phillip Barker’s "Soul Cages" in 2000 and has long been a much-in-demand director of photography for TV series, shooting episodes of "Damien" for A&E, "Counterpart" for Starz, "Tell Me Lies" for Hulu, and "Incorporated" for SyFy. He is currently shooting Game of Thrones director Daniel Minahan's "On Swift Horses".
Jacob Bunton is an Emmy Award-winning composer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. He has worked with Mariah Carey, Steven Tyler, Smokey Robinson, Akon, Pop Evil, The Doors and many more. Bunton is also the vocalist for former Guns N Roses drummer Steven Adler’s rock band Adler and the rock band Lynam. His film credits as a composer include the indie suspense thrillers "Hesperia" and "Becoming" and the crime drama "Gotti", starring John Travolta. His music productions have been used in such TV shows as "Californication" and "Sons of Anarchy" as well as the 2007 remake of "The Hitcher", starring Sean Bean.
